What does your prep work actually include on a Pasadena home?
Prep is roughly 60 percent of the job and it is where a paint job is won or lost. On exteriors we power wash, scrape and sand loose or peeling paint, repair dry rot and damaged wood, caulk gaps around trim and windows, patch stucco cracks, and prime all bare and repaired surfaces. On interiors we move and cover furniture, mask floors and fixtures, patch nail holes and drywall damage, sand smooth, and spot prime. Only after all of that does any finish coat go on.
What paint brands do you use on Pasadena homes?
